One day in 2007 ,my friend Sarah and I were at the central station in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and we missed our train so we decided to wait for the next train by taking a small walk in a park just next to the station .
It was a very peacefull place with a beautiful lake in the middle and even if we were in the middle of the city the only thing you could hear were singing birds and the wind caressing the tree leaves ...
We took a seat just in front of a big tree and I started looking at it ...and then, suddenly I smiled and I whispered : "hey , I think there's someone watching us .."
At first , Sarah didnt see what I was refereing to but when I asked her to look very closely to the tree ..then suddenly she saw it too ... we just met a tree spirit (dryade ) , we could see his face like sculpted in the tree. He seemed to be sleeping having its eyes closed ..
